Terms & Conditions — ino77 Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ino77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to ino77 and the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://ino77.pro, including all associated sub-pages, services, games, and tools.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the ino77 platform and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" — refers to the individual member account opened upon successful registration on the ino77 platform, which holds the member's Rupiah balance, transaction history, bonus credits, and account settings.
• "Balance" — refers to the real-money Rupiah (IDR) funds held in a member's account, excluding any bonus credits that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional credits, free bet allocations, or cashback amounts credited to a member's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount or deposit must be staked on eligible games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to the identity and address verification process that ino77 is obligated to conduct, including collection and review of government-issued identification documents and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all products and features available on the ino77 platform, including sportsbook betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, bandar ceme (a popular Indonesian domino card game), online poker, and any other gaming or wagering product made available from time to time.
• "Rupiah" / "IDR" / "Rp" — refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, which is the sole currency in which ino77 accounts are denominated.
• "Force Majeure Event" — refers to any event beyond ino77's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, internet outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, and pandemics.

By accessing the ino77 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the ino77 platform, including use via desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any downloadable applications that ino77 may make available in the future. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the ino77 platform.

ino77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where amendments are material, ino77 will provide reasonable notice to members via on-site notification or registered email.

Access to and use of the ino77 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. ino77 operates a strict adults-only policy; minors are not permitted to access, register, or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party or corporate entity.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ino77 or any affiliated gaming operator, or have a self-exclusion agreement in force with ino77 at the time of registration or re-registration.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or close family member of any employee or contractor of ino77 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or service vendors, unless express written permission has been granted by ino77 management.

ino77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or other acceptable document — at any point during a member's account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by ino77 will result in account suspension pending resolution.

To access the ino77 Services, you must register a member account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active ino77 account. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ino77 uses advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts; where duplication is detected, all related accounts will be suspended and all balances and bonus credits will be voided without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ino77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify ino77 immediately via on-site live chat or email if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ino77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available at no cost via your account security settings.
• Any bet, deposit, or withdrawal instruction executed from your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified ino77 of a suspected security breach.

ino77 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason, in its sole discretion.

ino77 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures as part of its obligations under applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and its licensing requirements. All members are subject to KYC verification, which may be initiated at registration or at any subsequent point during the member's account lifecycle.

KYC verification typically requires the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, valid copy of a government-issued photo identification document — such as an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the past three months that confirms your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals — for example, a BCA or BRI account statement, or a screenshot of the registered OVO or GoPay account showing your name.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in strict confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ino77 will not share your personal documentation with third parties except as required by law or by the terms of our licensing obligations.

All ino77 accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ino77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ino77 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted Deposit Methods: ino77 currently supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP
• E-Wallets: GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum single deposit is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above Rp 50.000.000 may trigger enhanced verification checks.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time (typically under 60 seconds) upon confirmed receipt of funds. ino77 is not responsible for delays caused by the sending institution.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and fund return.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the member's verified, name-matched payment account only.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours; however, processing times may extend to 24 hours during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• ino77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests above Rp 10.000.000 and to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
• Withdrawals will only be processed once KYC verification has been completed. Funds cannot be returned to a different account from which they were deposited without ino77's written approval.

ino77 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentive programmes to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general conditions set out in this clause and to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to verified members only, unless otherwise stated. ino77 reserves the right to exclude any member from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus promotion specifies its own wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum qualifying odds (where applicable), and expiry period. These specific terms take precedence over these general conditions where they conflict.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 deposit bonus requires Rp 2.000.000 of qualifying wagers to be placed before any resulting winnings are withdrawable.
• Bonus credits expire automatically if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry window. Expired bonus credits and associated winnings will be removed from the account without compensation.
• ino77 prohibits the following practices, which constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balances: arbitrage betting using bonus funds; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk, mathematically balanced bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements ("bonus laundering"); and collusion with other members to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside the ino77 platform.

ino77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not retroactively penalise members who have already partially completed wagering requirements in good faith.

Use of the ino77 sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel draws, and all other gaming products is governed by the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product, which are published within the relevant section of the platform. In all cases, the following general principles apply:

• All bets and gaming actions are final once confirmed. ino77 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases of manifest error (see below).
• Manifest Error: Where a price, line, or pay-table is published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error, ino77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. ino77 will exercise this right reasonably and only where the error is clearly demonstrable.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per game round, and per day. These limits are displayed within each product interface and may vary by membership tier, game type, and current promotional conditions.
• All togel draw results are sourced from the official draw operator and independently verified before settlement. Togel results are final and no disputes regarding draw outcomes will be entertained once results have been officially published by the source operator.
• For sportsbook bets, including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, settlement is determined according to the official result issued by the relevant sporting authority. ino77 follows standard sportsbook settlement rules for abandoned matches, walkovers, and result amendments.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance automatically upon settlement. ino77 makes no guarantees regarding the timing of settlement and is not liable for delays caused by the relevant game provider or data supplier.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ino77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with ino77.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including without limitation operating a betting syndicate, acting as a proxy bettor for third parties, or facilitating access for ineligible individuals.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform software for financial gain.
• Using any automated software, script, bot, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any other form of co-operative play designed to circumvent normal game mechanics in poker, casino table games, or any other multiplayer product.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of genuine deposits made to ino77. Any member initiating a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and the matter referred to our fraud and financial crimes team.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive conduct toward ino77 staff or other members via any communication channel.

All content on the ino77 platform — including but not limited to the ino77 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of ino77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ino77 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any ino77 content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the platform.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices displayed on the platform.
• Use the ino77 brand name, logo, or any other ino77 intellectual property for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ino77.

Any unauthorised use of ino77's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the platform, account suspension, and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ino77 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the platform and the Services, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ino77 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available at all times or without interruption, error, or delay;
• Any defect in the platform software will be corrected within any particular timeframe;
• The platform or its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall ino77 be liable to any member for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill;
• Any loss or damage arising from a Force Majeure Event;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, results, or promotional terms that are subject to change.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ino77's liability for death or personal injury caused by ino77's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

ino77 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming practices. We recognise that gambling, while a legitimate form of adult entertainment, can become problematic for a small proportion of players. We take our duty of care seriously and have invested in a comprehensive suite of tools to help members maintain control.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ino77 members at no cost, directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and can be lowered at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen notifications at intervals of your choosing to remind you how long you have been active on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 months. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Your account balance is preserved and withdrawable upon expiry.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account with immediate effect. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. During self-exclusion, ino77 will take reasonable steps to exclude you from all marketing communications.

ino77 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy and does not knowingly permit minors to access the platform. Any member who is aware of a minor accessing ino77 — including through the use of that member's own account — is obligated to inform ino77 immediately.

ino77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Detection of duplicate accounts or account sharing;
• Conduct that ino77 reasonably considers to be abusive toward staff or other members;
• Chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the member;
• A self-exclusion request made by the member or by an authorised third party on the member's behalf.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ino77 will endeavour to complete its review within 15 business days and to communicate the outcome to the member by email. During a suspension, the member's balance is preserved but inaccessible.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in its entirety, including Real Balance and Bonus Balance, depending on the nature of the breach.

A member may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ino77 via on-site live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any verified Real Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the member's nominated payment account following standard KYC confirmation.

ino77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are minor or administrative in nature (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of members), they may take effect immediately upon publication on the platform without individual notification.

Where amendments are material — meaning they alter a member's substantive rights or obligations in a way that is reasonably likely to disadvantage the member — ino77 will provide a minimum of 14 days' advance notice via on-site banner notification and/or registered email before the revised Terms take effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. The version of the Terms in force at the time you place a bet or conduct a financial transaction is the version that governs that transaction.

If you do not accept any amendment to the Terms, you should cease using the platform and request voluntary account closure in accordance with Clause 13 before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ino77's licensing jurisdiction. ino77 is licensed and regulated internationally; members acknowledge that the applicable governing law is as stated in ino77's licensing documentation, available on request.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and ino77, you are encouraged to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting ino77 customer support via on-site live chat or by emailing support@ino77.pro . Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the informal process, you may escalate the matter to ino77's formal complaints procedure by submitting a written complaint by email. ino77 will provide a final written response within 15 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

Where a dispute relates to the outcome of a specific bet or game round, ino77's decision — based on its review of server-side logs, RNG audit trails, and game provider records — shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error as defined in Clause 8.
